Fair Maiden Waiting for the Father's
Champion.............. I am the handmaiden of the
Lords--and I love to worship Him in song. Jesus is my
Husband, since I pledged my heart to Him more than 25
years ago. Though I am divorced, indeed I feel like a
widow. My marriage of 25 years, ended on Biblical
grounds. It�s been difficult, but I�ve pressed in
closer to JESUS, and I know I will come out of this
purified, humbled & more like Him, as I submit to HIS
winnowing fork. I am very evangelically minded and have
a heart for the lost and broken. My grandfather was a
minister, and is now with the Lord. My brother is a
missionary. One of my giftings is as a worship leader,
although I am not presently serving in this capacity at
the moment. The Lord's gifted me with many songs. I
also write children books & am working on an
allegorical Christian novel. I work in a social work
capacity. I am a phone counselor at a local "crisis"
line. I also work with family services. My little
granddaughter is the light of my life. I'm
artistic/creative; love gardening, nature�love museums,
garage sales, antiques, traveling, etc. I love to
laugh and make people laugh. I'm not contentious, but
am considered easy to get along with, strong moral
values, tenderhearted, nurturing, and loyal. I have
conservative leanings, and believe in family values and
chastity before marriage. I'm also sincere and honest.
So... I must say that although I get lonely at times,
I�d rather be alone the rest of my life, that to be
with someone outside of the will of God. |
