I believe a sense of humor in this life is essential and I
often laugh at myself! I love to laugh; but know how and
when to be serious. I have too many interests to mention
here; but some are mentioned in the check list. I have
traveled a bit and enjoy doing that. I am used to the
"finer things"; but can make do when necessary. I love my
children dearly; and will always be close to them. |

My height is 5feet 9 and a half inches. I wear my hair
medium length, and my body size is about average. When I am
at my "best", I am considered thin. My style of clothing is
basically conservative. I try to dress to fit the occasion.
I wear my clothes well, and strive to dress either
professionally, classically, or elegantly, depending upon
the occasion. My best features - "beauty is in the eye of
the beholder"; but I suppose my eyes would be. I enjoy my
height. I have been told that I am beautiful all of my
life; but, hey, we all loose our looks in the end, so WHO
CARES?! |

There are a few things that are non-negotiable in a
relationship. Then, there are the compromises, and the
things that are "icing on the cake". Non negotiable for me
is that he be a dedicated Christian...I DON'T mean perfect!
But a Christian who can also "take a joke", so to speak.
I want together time; and I also require alone time to
do "my thing". "My thing" being crafts, hobbies, and
re-grouping. I will also respect his "alone time". We must
be able communicate about EVERYTHING and have complete TRUST
in each other. Honesty and openness are non-negotiable.
Godly morals and values are also not optional. For me, this
would also involve our being EMOTIONALLY AVAILABLE for each
other. I expect for my husband to have strong
Leadership skills and qualities, that he is experienced in
using. I am independent; but more of a follower than a
leader in certain areas. LEADERSHIP is NOT being a manager,
or a dictator; but if you are a true leader, you KNOW that!
The type of leadership a husband uses at home should be
different from the type he uses in business; but similar in
some ways. I believe that the physical side of a
marriage is EXTREMELY important. I want to look at him and
feel a rush, and vice versa. But that is not only or always
about visual "Looks". The heart is most important! I
think this is enough for now. |
