| General Information |
I am one who abhors sin---particularly my own. I am most
passionate for accurate Bible interpretation. My heart's
desire is to rightly interpret and correctly handle the
Scriptures so that I faithfully represent the Godhead in
writing, preaching, teaching, and living, and all these with
a strong Christian woman at my side. I am indignant at false
teachings touted within the Church. I am stunned and simply
appalled at the difficulty of finding a local church that is
not only dedicated to systematic expository teaching but one
that also operates in strict adherence to the clear,
explicit, ethical instructions of 1Timothy 2.1-3.15
regarding the organization of and behavior in the local
church. I love the companionship of my brothers and sisters
in the Lord Jesus Christ, and I love to encourage them. I
love to place and hand out Gospel tracts (though at times I
am scared by the thought of embarrassment). I love
one-on-one witnessing to and reasoning with the unsaved. I
love to spend time with my family. I have quite the heart
for the animal kingdom. By the grace of God I have the peace
of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians
4.7). I am a student of the Word of God. Studying the
Word, becoming engaged in dialogue concerning the things of
God, trying to help others by answering their Bible
questions, and striving to get my flesh to shut up and
submit to biblical truth is pretty much all I do. It's
pretty much all I care to do. To carry on in these
activities with a woman by my side, to share in them with
her would be (I think) fabulous, extraordinary. If I have
any "hobbies" they include watching Arthur (PBS Kids) when I
need or wish to unwind; playing with my two nieces; playing
with my two bunny rabbits (Bristol & Georgette); and tossing
around the baseball, football, or frisbee with my parents
and/or siblings when we're together. All in all I live a
very simplistic, non-secular life. (My interest in music,
movies, TV, and restaurants is negligible.) |

regular at Tae Bo (usually with the "Billy Bands"), the jump

| Looking for |
Whatever I think I might like to find in a wife I have set
aside. I look to and entirely trust God the Father with
providing the one woman He is pleased to match me with (if
it even be His will that I marry). Certain qualities do
attract me, yes, but when it comes right down to it I only
know what I want; my Father knows what I need. I must trust
Him in this matter. Should my Father grace me with a
wife---and may it please Him that she be a woman submitted
to God in her attitude, attire, and actions (1Timothy
2.9-15)---she will find me impassioned toward, playful with,
and protective of her. A Christian woman deliberately
dressed modestly in public brings great joy and thanksgiving
to my heart! A humble, teachable heart/mind/attitude is
surely a must for both myself and my potential
wife. Please do not become discouraged if I do not reply
to your e-mail in a timely fashion. I try to remain busy
and am on this site out of curiosity to see what kind of
genuinely godly women are looking for a potential husband. |
